Major Waterfalls of Hadoti
Nature has bestowed upon Hadoti a treasure of riverine wealth & beauty. Therefore many gurgling waterfalls fill the landscape with pristine location s popular with tourists and picnickers.
MENAL
A visi to Bijoliya is not complete without travelling a litle further to see- the picluresque walerfall of Menal & ancient temple complex situated on ils bank. The waterfall is formed at a place where Menali River falls in a deep gorge. The temple of Siva as Mahanal, was a great centre of Saivism under the rule of the Chahamanas. A temple of the eleventh century A.D. is built in the Bhumija style of architecture with stellate pancharatha ground plan and corresponding superstructure carrying strings of angasikharas, surmounted by a double amalaka. A separate nandi-mandapa exists. The antiquity of Menal is prooven by the presence of twin small Saiva shrines (dated to the beginning of the eighth century) situated to the northwest of the Bhumijia temple. Dedicated respectively to Ganesa and Gauri, each consists of a pancharatha sanctum and an antarala, preceded by a pair of ornate pillars.

BHIMLAT
Located about 36 km from Bundi, the waterfall of Bhimlat is a great tourist spot. The stream falling from a height of 60 M forms a massive waterfall. There are several pre historic cave shelters and paintings near the waterfall.

CHULIYA
If you are visiting the fomous temples of Badoli, then the owe inspiring gorge and waterfall of Chuliyo deserves a visit. Situated about 57 Km from Kota and just 8 Km from Bodoli, a stream of Chambal passes th roug h a deep deft and folls in to a mini canyon . It is extremely popular picnic spot for locals and tourists looking for a day's leisurely outing.
PADAJHAR
Just 11 km from Chuliya and 68 Km from Koto, the waterfall of Padajhar is a beautiful spot for a doys outing. The waterfall is at its peak during monsoon, when people gother in large number to enjoy the scenic beouty of waterfall and natural caves. There is a small Shiva temple dose to the waterfall.
